Stella McCartney to Design Limited Edition Travel Collections for LeSportsac

LONDON, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ — Stella McCartney announces she will partner with LeSportsac, a leading manufacturer of functional and iconic handbags to design a series of limited edition lifestyle collections focusing on travel bags, luggage and baby accessories. The first Stella McCartney for LeSportsac collection is set to launch in Spring 2008.
The collections will incorporate innovative elements of design and will focus on travel accessories with an emphasis on baby. Ideal for the modern woman that does not want to sacrifice style and luxury for function, the collections will be lightweight and multi-purposeful. The Stella McCartney for LeSportsac collection will embody the same ethics as the designer’s current luxury non-leather accessories collection that was launched in Fall 2006.
