The newest ladies streetwear line to hit the market is designed by a woman that really has the knowledge and skills for creating garments. MadeMe’s debut collection is targeted towards a more mature hybrid streetwear and fashion consumer.
Erin Magee launches her solo venture with her Fall/Holiday 2008 collection, “First to Fall”, inspired by pop-singer Madonna and America’s fascination with celebrity. Magee fuses together the comfortable and confrontational nature of streetwear with the confidence and sex appeal of a woman. With rare innovation in denim design (men’s jeans tailored for a woman), high-waisted denim, an array of soft graphic tees and bold leather bombers, MadeMe is the ideal collection for the grown up girl who was raised in the age of streetwear.
Erin Magee got her start in fashion over 4 years ago, managing the successful collaboration between designer Kim Jones and sports brand Umbro creating an exclusive, high-end streetwear collection. She’s styled for editorial and video shoots, and over two years ago joined the cult-classic Supreme brand as Production Manager. MadeMe marks her first exploration into the women’s market with innovative brand collaborations already in works.
MadeMe stockists include: Union NY, Valley, and Patta Amsterdam.
