In our continued support of women in creative fields, here’s another event that allows us all to check out what our peers are up to. “31 Under 31: Young Women in Art Photography,” aims to showcase the breadth of imagination from the artists of our generation.
The Humble Art Foundation, a not-for-profit seeking to promote the careers of emerging female art photographers, has teamed up with Ladies Lotto, an international women’s network that aims to share resources and aid the pursuits of its members through collaboration, to bring this exhibit in honor of Women’s History Month.
The participants, who are all under the age of 31, were culled from international open submissions to ensure a mix of established and emerging female photographers. The variety of subjects on exhibition, including haunting photos of early adolescence by Jessica Roberts and playful yet eerie juxtapositions of nature and manufactured objects by Allison Grant, are provocative innovations.
“31 Under 31,” states Natalie Blacker, founder of Ladies Lotto, “was curated to showcase a new generation of
women art photographers, which epitomizes the basic premise of Ladies Lotto, supporting women’s individual efforts in collaborative form.”
The exhibit opens on Saturday, March 1st with a public reception at 7pm and an after party at 9pm. A DJ, open bar, and innovative art: not bad for a Saturday night. RSVP: 31@ladieslotto.com.

ON A SIDE NOTE
Married to the Mob springs ahead with their new collection, presented by uber cool rapper bitch Uffie. MOB’s Fall campaign girl Fafi made the introduction between Uffie (Ed Banger) and the Most Official Bitches crew knowing they were a perfect fit. The 20 year old performer has made noise all over the world with her club anthems like “Pop the Glock” and “Ready to Uff”. The portraits were shot by fellow-cult figure Mark The Cobrasnake, in a
continuing series of portraits intended to showcase remarkable and celebrated females from all over the world.
